Hold on to your butts. Our THIRD episode is here!

As of today, our first two episodes have experienced 130+ plays which is fantastic. We’re shocked, to be honest. Very few of our real-life friends play tabletop role-playing games so we personally don’t know many people who would be strongly interested in listening to actual game play sound clips.

The feedback has been encouraging – our listeners tell us that they enjoy how we edit out the logistics, and slow (aka boring) parts of the campaign so they can simply stay focused on a story that keeps moving forward. We’re also hearing that even if the game play and Shadowrun terms are not familiar, people still laugh at our players’ reactions and interactions throughout the game. And of course, the miscellaneous blooper clip at the end of each episode has become a favorite feature. All in all, we’re having a blast reading your reviews and private messages – thank you for your support!

In this episode, I share background information of our assault-rifle-wielding-elf named Narkus, played by Jason. And thanks to his trigger-happiness, the shadowrunners initiate their first team firefight, which gets bloody for both sides.
